Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest 1987
To select an entry to represent Ireland in the 1987 Eurovision Song Contest in Brussels, RTÉ held a national final on 8 March, at the Gaiety Theatre in Dublin. The event was hosted by RTÉ broadcaster Marty Whelan and former Irish Eurovision participant Maxi.
